Fur is an experiment engaging users to interact with a projection and reproduce the motion of a volatile fur. Using a Leap Motion, they can influence the velocity of each hair which produces comfort by giving a satisfying and easy control over the generated content. To avoid any CPU overhead due to the number of hairs, I used compute and geometry shaders to process and render the geometry. The immersive content is projected on three walls which follow the gesture of the arm when moving from one side of the body to the other.
